Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Á¶Á÷°øÁ¤¼º, Á¶Á÷¹®È­ ¹× °¨¼ºÁö´ÉÀÌ °æ·ÂÁ÷ ÀçÃë¾÷ °£È£»çÀÇ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿µÇâÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý: º» ¿¬±¸´Â Gµµ¿¡ À§Ä¡ÇÑ µÎ °³ÀÇ ´ëÇк´¿ø¿¡ ÀçÃë¾÷ÇÑ °æ·ÂÁ÷ °£È£»ç 154¸íÀ» ´ë»óÀ¸·Î ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS/WIN 25.0 ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© t-test, ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: ´ë»óÀÚÀÇ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ¿äÀÎÀº Èñ¸ÁÀçÁ÷±â°£(¥â=.36, p<.001), °¨¼ºÁö´É(¥â=.35, p<.001), °æ·Â´ÜÀý(¥â=.16, p=.015), Á¶Á÷°øÁ¤¼º(¥â=.14, p=.046)À¸·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù. º¯Àε鿡 ÀÇÇÑ ¼³¸í·ÂÀº 31%À̾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: º» ¿¬±¸ °á°ú Á¶Á÷°øÁ¤¼º, °¨¼ºÁö´É, °æ·Â´ÜÀý, Èñ¸ÁÀçÁ÷±â°£ÀÌ °æ·ÂÁ÷ ÀçÃë¾÷ °£È£»çÀÇ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¿¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â º¯¼ö·Î È®ÀεǾú´Ù. µû¶ó¼­ °æ·ÂÁ÷ ÀçÃë¾÷ °£È£»çÀÇ ÀçÁ÷Àǵµ¸¦ ³ôÀ̱â À§Çؼ­´Â °¨¼ºÁö´É¿¡ ´ëÇÑ Ã¼°èÀû ÁßÀç ÇÁ·Î±×·¥ÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, ÀÎÀû ÀÚ¿ø °ü¸®ÀÚ¿Í Àü¹®°¡µéÀº ÀÎÀç º¸À¯ Àü·«À» ±¸»óÇÒ ¶§ Á¶Á÷°øÁ¤¼ºÀ» °í·ÁÇØ¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of organizational justice, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on intention to stay in reemployed nurses.

Methods: Data were collected from 154 reemployed nurses working in the two university hospitals located in G Province. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson¡¯s Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS/WIN 25.0.
